I understand that The Prajnya Trust will digitally store the photograph/s and make them available for research use. I grant The Prajnya Trust permission to use the photograph/s for research publications ( digital and analog) and in any other form as may be deemed appropriate by The Prajnya Trust. I understand that The Prajnya Trust has the right to copy, distribute, display and make derivative works based on my photo/s but that it will attribute the photos to me. I waive the right to notification or inspection before publication and the use of the pictures. I understand that The Prajnya Trust reserves the right to charge a small fee for third-party access to the photograph/s, towards maintance and portal facilities.I agree to release The Prajnya Trust from any claims, monetary or otherwise, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or in the taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
